How quickly will I receive my edited videos?
On average, most video editing requests are accomplished within 3-4 days. However, please note that more intricate projects may require a bit more time to ensure the finest results. We’re also excited to offer an additional “Rush Edit” service. For a nominal fee of $198 per project, we guarantee your video edits are delivered within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring your urgent needs are met without compromising on quality.
Who are the video editors?
It may come as a surprise, but our agency actually operates as a one-person team. This implies you’ll collaborate directly with me, the founder. However, for specialized tasks such as animation or custom graphics, we rely on trusted partner editors.
How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you might not have video editing needs for an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two editing tasks for now. This is where the pause feature proves beneficial. Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days, then choose to pause your subscription, your billing cycle will be put on hold. This means you’ll still have 10 days of service left, which can be used at any future time as per your needs.
Which tools do you use for editing?
Our team is proficient in utilizing industry-leading software for video editing. We work with DaVinci Resolve for professional color grading and editing, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced editing and video production. These tools allow us to deliver top-notch video edits that meet your specific needs and expectations.
How do I request video edits?
We offer a versatile approach to requesting video edits using Notion. Many clients prefer to communicate their requests directly via Notion, sharing Google Docs, storyboards, or even recording a brief explanation using a tool like Loom (a great option for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Notion, we can work with it.
What if I'm not satisfied with the video edit?
No problem at all! We’re committed to refining your video until it meets your expectations and you’re 100% satisfied.
What if I only have a single video edit request?
That’s absolutely fine. Once your video edit is complete, you can choose to pause your subscription and reactivate it when you have more video editing needs. There’s no need to worry about any unused part of your subscription going to waste.
Are there any refunds if I'm unsatisfied with the service?
Given the premium quality of our video editing services, we don’t offer refunds.
